Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Lahore, Pakistan. The Assistant Store Manager is part of the store management team, helping develop the store team and supporting the implementation of strategies and operational excellence that protect brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. The role assumes responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Growing sales: implement strategies to grow sales and analyse data to drive revenue growth.
• Coaching: mentor and motivate team members through guidance and leading by example.
• Operational excellence: oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Customer focus: provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, with proven coaching and training skills.
• Discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model aligned with company culture.
• Compliance with Levi's Stores policies, procedures and programs, and ability to follow store management directives.
• Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), move around constantly, kneel, carry items, reach overhead and climb ladders.
