About the role
The Associate Business Manager will oversee the 24‑hour operational dark store in Lahore, ensuring efficient warehouse processes and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end warehouse processes, from inbound management to order dispatch.
- Maintain SLAs and KPIs, implement process improvements and manage workplace safety.
- Allocate resources, schedule staff and oversee stock takes, spoilage, waste and returns.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as neighbours, suppliers and riders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- In‑depth knowledge of supply‑chain operations, JIT, Six Sigma and local legislation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
