About the role

Join the Centralized Account Management Unit to process CASA and investment account openings and maintenance for private and SME clients. You will handle signature verification, online banking services and ensure compliance with bank policies to boost customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Accurately process account setups, maintenance and online banking requests.
Review documents to ensure compliance with policies and service levels.
Maintain a 99% accuracy rate with zero escalations.
Provide operational support to UAE and Doha branches.
Uphold strict adherence to policies and procedures.

Required profile

Proficiency in handling private/SME accounts and online banking services.
Familiarity with bank systems, policies and regulations.
