Associate Client Support – CIQ

About the role

The Associate Client Support – CIQ role is part of the Client Operations team at S&P Global Market Intelligence. You will act as the primary point of contact for global financial institutions, answering queries, advocating for clients, and helping them maximise the value of our business‑intelligence tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client support via phone, email and other channels.
• Suggest improvements to product usability, presentation, and data quality.
• Partner with product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test plans.
• Evaluate testing results and provide feedback on the client experience.
• Collaborate with Senior Associates on data‑pull projects and editorial support.
• Guide clients through template‑building opportunities.
• Deliver research and analysis support to Senior Associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Graduating in May/June 2026 or up to six months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts or the global economy.
• Proficiency with common computer applications.
