Associate Clinical Consultant

About the role

Join a leading EMR and AI healthcare solutions company as an Associate Clinical Consultant, where you will blend clinical expertise with cutting‑edge technology to improve patient care. You will develop evidence‑based clinical content, optimise workflows, and collaborate with clinicians and tech teams to embed intelligent solutions into the software platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment pathways, order sets, and documentation templates across multiple specialties.
• Analyse existing clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities and implement AI‑enhanced solutions.
• Work closely with clinicians, healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with the latest medical guidelines.
• Partner with EMR and AI development teams to integrate clinical content and intelligent workflows.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and provide training to end‑users on new workflows.
• Continuously monitor and refine clinical modules to drive measurable improvements in patient care and efficiency.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a HEC‑recognized university.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within EMR or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare system is a plus.
• Strong understanding of evidence‑based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR systems and clinical workflow analysis.
• Knowledge of medical coding systems such as ICD‑10, CPT and SNOMED CT.
• Healthcare informatics expertise.
• Clinical research, data analysis and content development capabilities.
