Associate Consultant SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

The SAP SuccessFactors Associate Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules for clients. Working under senior consultants, you will help automate HR processes and ensure smooth system operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and Compensation, and support data migration activities.
• Participate in end‑to‑end project tasks including design, build, testing (SIT, UAT), deployment, and creation of process flows, workbooks, and user guides.
• Support data loads using Import Templates, Integration Center, and assist with integration testing for SAP HCM, payroll, and other HR tools.
• Provide ongoing user support, resolve basic tickets, troubleshoot configuration issues, and help with regression testing for quarterly releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team under guidance.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors (training, certification, internships or academic projects).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting).
