Associate Credit Services Representative

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Credit Services Representative to support collection and recovery activities across customer accounts. This early‑career position offers exposure to credit and collections within a global healthcare technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Support collection activities for assigned customer accounts and coordinate with external collection agencies.
• Monitor agency performance, follow up on recovery progress, and handle disputes.
• Review overdue accounts, assist in escalating high‑risk customers, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Up to 5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service or finance operations.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
