Associate I – Assurance Transformation

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate I to support assurance transformation initiatives. The role will help audit teams adopt innovative digital tools, manage change, and ensure robust controls during large‑scale ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.
• Assist with user adoption activities, communications, awareness campaigns, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, obtain approvals, and support implementation readiness.
• Perform research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and audit innovation opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and transformation network activities.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate management acumen.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
