Associate II – HR Operations

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate II – HR Operations to support day‑to‑day HR processes in its Karachi office. The role focuses on managing employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging analytics and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR operational activities such as onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits administration and employee record management.
• Perform data audits, quality checks and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and trackers using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Support performance‑management processes, including goal tracking and review cycles.
• Utilise AI‑enabled automation to enhance reporting and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable labour regulations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and experience with HR systems and databases.
• Analytical mindset with ability to conduct data validation, root‑cause analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
