Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a HR Executive for our US‑based client to manage day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative functions at our Karachi office. This role is strictly onsite and requires an agile individual who thrives in a fast‑paced night‑shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle including talent sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling, and interviews.
• Oversee seamless onboarding, orientation for new hires, and structured off‑boarding processes.
• Manage daily attendance tracking, leave balances, HR databases, and assist in monthly payroll processing.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff queries and grievances to foster a supportive and productive workplace culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to labor regulations and internal company policies while suggesting operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven hands‑on experience in an HR Executive or operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Readiness to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT), 6 days a week, onsite.
• High proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel/Word, strong conflict resolution, and exceptional English communication skills.
