Associate II – Talent & Development

About the role

PwC’s Human Capital team is looking for an Associate II to join the Talent & Development function in Karachi. You will help design and deliver initiatives that build critical capabilities, close skills gaps and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the firm’s Human Capital strategy across lines of service, tracking progress of talent, culture, engagement, performance and inclusion initiatives.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs and dashboards; conduct research and benchmarking on HC trends and policies.
• Prepare draft presentations, briefs and management updates for senior leaders.
• Partner with HC, Brand and business teams to align programs with PwC’s values and employer brand, and design people‑focused campaigns (engagement, well‑being, D&I, recognition).
• Draft internal communications such as emails, intranet content, FAQs and collateral to drive awareness and adoption.
• Assist in planning and delivering HC‑led events including inductions, career fairs, engagement activities and recognition ceremonies.
• Support policy, governance and compliance activities by preparing documentation for audits and updating standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other HC verticals (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
