Associate, Information Security & Compliance

About the role

Ahya Technologies is seeking a proactive Associate to support its ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and overall IT governance. The role will ensure accurate documentation, enforce device‑level security controls, and coordinate compliance activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update ISO‑aligned ISMS documentation, including policies, SOPs, registers, logs and evidence records.
• Prepare audit folders, track compliance gaps and manage corrective actions for internal and external ISO audits.
• Maintain repositories for device allocation, access reviews, asset inventories and incident records, and generate compliance summaries for management.
• Monitor device‑level security indicators such as encryption, antivirus, patching and software usage, and maintain accurate user access logs.
• Collaborate with the Director of IT & Admin and coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal and Admin for document requests, access approvals and evidence submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Business IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT security compliance, ISMS coordination, documentation management or internal audit support.
• Strong command of structured documentation and compliance processes with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar information security frameworks is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
