Associate Network Engineer

About the role

The Associate Network Engineer will work full‑time across Pakistan, supporting the planning, design and implementation of network infrastructure for Arwen’s clients. The role involves hands‑on deployment, troubleshooting and collaboration with enterprise architecture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing Cisco, Juniper and other network solutions.
• Participate in deployments nationwide and handle JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.
• Configure subnets, VLANs, VOIP telephony, VPN tunnels and wireless LANs at multiple sites.
• Perform network design, integration, optimization and migration activities.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
• Maintain corporate infrastructure including connectivity, internet access and email services.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of progressive networking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIA‑IDP, IUWVNCCNP or CCNA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
