About the role

This is a full-time, non-remote Associate Performance Marketing position (Level 2) based in Islamabad, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The role executes and optimizes paid campaigns to drive creator sign-ups, brand leads and platform growth.

Key responsibilities

Run campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Track CAC, CTR, CPA and campaign ROI.
Test creatives, hooks and captions to improve performance.
Coordinate with creative teams for ad assets.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

2-3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with influencer/creator growth funnels is a plus.

Required skills

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Paid media management across TikTok, Meta and Google Ads.
