Associate Product Manager

About the role

AHOY is a tech company focused on building innovative products that improve user experience and support sustainable business growth. As an Associate Product Manager in Karachi, you will work closely with senior product managers to help shape the product strategy and roadmap, taking part in every phase of the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining product vision and strategy in line with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements from user feedback and market research.
• Work with design and engineering teams to turn requirements into actionable tasks.
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis.
• Take part in product launches and coordinate with marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Support senior product managers in maintaining the product backlog and organizing sprints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous internship or product management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-centered mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies is preferred.
