Associate Project Manager

About the role

EpicMetry is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Project Manager to support its fast‑growing tech projects. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating project activities, keeping them aligned with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with planned costs.
• Conduct research and analysis to aid project planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
