Associate / Senior Associate - Visa & Immigration Coordinator

About the role

EY’s Immigration Team in Pakistan is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to coordinate visa and immigration processes for employees and their dependents traveling to MENA locations. Reporting to the MENA Business Travel Leader, you will act as the primary point of contact for EY staff, guiding them through visa requirements and travel logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end visa and immigration processes for Pakistan‑based travelers heading to MENA, including document preparation and vendor communication.
• Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements for secondees and training participants, ensuring compliance with approvals.
• Maintain consolidated records of visa, travel, and training documentation while upholding EY confidentiality standards.
• Track and reconcile immigration‑related expenses, verify vendor invoices, and support financial approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, escalate issues proactively, and deliver high‑quality service aligned with EY values.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a visa or immigration coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of labour and immigration requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling personal documentation.
