Associate Software Engineer – Full-Stack & AI

About the role

Softpers Interactive is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join its full‑stack development team. You will work across multiple technology stacks, contribute to AI‑powered applications, and collaborate with experienced developers on diverse client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate LLM‑powered features and work with AI code agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Laravel.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and debugging across the full stack.
• Engage with clients, attend meetings, and clearly communicate technical concepts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred institutions: FAST NUCES, COMSAT, NUST, PUCIT).
• Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in software development.
• Strong logical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent English communication skills.
