Associate - Talent Enablement (Audit & Compliance)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Associate – Talent Enablement to support audit and compliance initiatives across HR and other business functions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to conduct operational audits, monitor policy adherence, and help improve internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits of HR and business processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Review employee records and HR documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures across functions.
• Identify process gaps, document findings, and track corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external compliance reviews.
• Maintain audit records, compliance trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to strengthen internal controls and improve operational compliance.
• Support the development and maintenance of policies, SOPs, and process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with supervision and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
