Automation Specialist – Marketing Automation

About the role

We are seeking a highly technical Automation Specialist to work within a fast‑paced growth marketing agency. You will partner with growth marketers, media buyers and operations teams to design and ship automation solutions that boost efficiency, reporting speed and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy automations that improve marketing workflows, campaign operations, reporting and internal processes.
• Create scalable systems using Make.com, Claude/Claude Code, APIs, webhooks and AI‑powered workflows.
• Integrate platforms such as Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads and internal databases.
• Develop internal tools, dashboards and workflow automations for the growth team.
• Document systems, SOPs and train team members on new tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Automation Specialist, Systems Specialist or Automation Engineer in a marketing or growth agency.
• Strong ability to build and ship real‑world automations with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset focused on operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
