Automotive Telesales Agent – US Vehicle Protection

About the role

Virtual Assistly is seeking motivated Automotive Telesales Agents to join a US‑based vehicle protection campaign. You will engage potential customers, qualify their vehicle needs, explain protection options, and warm‑transfer interested prospects to senior closers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US prospects during US business hours.
• Collect vehicle details and assess customer needs.
• Explain the benefits of vehicle service contracts clearly and accurately.
• Warm‑transfer qualified leads to senior closers.
• Maintain detailed call notes and dispositions in Moxy CRM.
• Use ViciDial and other approved systems while adhering to scripts, consent, Do‑Not‑Call rules, and campaign compliance.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, role‑plays, and quality reviews.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear communication.
• Confidence handling cold calls and customer objections.
• Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, lead generation, call centres, or US campaigns (preferred).
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
