B1 EASA Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – B737NG/MAX & A320

About the role

FL Technics is seeking a qualified B1/EASA licensed aircraft maintenance engineer to perform line maintenance on Boeing 737 NG/MAX and Airbus A320 family aircraft at its Pakistani bases (Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore). The role involves ensuring airworthiness, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting both line and base maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute line maintenance tasks on B737NG/MAX and A320 series aircraft in accordance with EASA standards.
• Perform inspections, repairs, and defect rectification on airframes, engines, and systems.
• Diagnose technical problems using approved manuals and resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet operational schedules and safety requirements.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• Valid EASA B1 or B1/B2 licence with relevant type ratings.
• At least 6 months of recent line or base maintenance experience within the past two years.
• Ability to work under operational pressure and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
