B2B Account Manager – SaaS Sales & Customer Success

About the role

TestTrick is seeking a proactive B2B Account Manager to drive inbound lead conversion, nurture existing client relationships, and expand revenue through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to potential customers.
• Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and guide them through the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demos, discovery calls, and follow‑up conversations.
• Support existing clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Own customer success activities, including onboarding, adoption, regular check‑ins, and relationship management.
• Monitor customer health, reduce churn, and identify renewal, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, interactions, and account updates in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to inform product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication, follow‑up, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable handling discovery calls, demos, renewals, and support conversations.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a practical approach to solving client needs.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with SaaS sales or customer‑success processes.
