About the role
As a Service Sales Executive you will build and manage long‑term client relationships in the US logistics space, onboarding new clients, growing existing accounts and earning commission that compounds as your client base expands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics clients in the US market.
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account setup.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Earn commission based on monthly revenue generated.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a BPO or call‑center environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
