B2B Account Manager – SaaS Sales & Customer Success

About the role

TestTrick is looking for a proactive B2B Account Manager to drive inbound lead conversion, nurture existing client relationships, and expand revenue through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to potential customers.
• Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and guide them through the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demos, discovery calls, and follow‑up conversations.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing questions and coordinating with internal teams.
• Own customer success activities: onboarding, adoption, regular check‑ins, and relationship management.
• Identify renewal, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations to improve the customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to inform product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication, follow‑up, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable managing both new prospects and existing accounts.
• Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, renewals, and support conversations.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a knack for understanding client needs and delivering practical solutions.

Required skills
