B2B Appointment Setter / Outbound Sales Agent (Night Shift – On‑Site)

About the role

Ringo Outbound Sales is expanding its Karachi sales floor and seeks experienced outbound cold callers to generate qualified discovery meetings for US‑based B2B tech, SaaS and AI companies. The position works night‑shift hours aligned with US business time.

Key responsibilities

• Dial 100+ outbound prospects daily using an automated multi‑line dialer.
• Target US business owners, C‑suite executives and sales directors.
• Deliver cold‑opening hooks, manage call flow, navigate gatekeepers and handle objections live.
• Qualify interest and schedule confirmed discovery calls on client calendars.
• Accurately tag call dispositions and update CRM notes after each interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year proven international outbound voice experience (US/UK/Canada BPO campaigns, telemarketing or B2B appointment setting).
• Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation, natural pacing and confident telephone etiquette.
• Strong objection‑handling stamina and resilience against hang‑ups, brush‑offs and gatekeepers.
• Disciplined and reliable for on‑site night‑shift work in Nazimabad, Karachi.
