About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Closer to join our US Real Estate campaign. You will work directly with US‑based realtors, presenting verified homeowner leads and turning them into closed deals. This on‑site position offers a dynamic BPO environment with clear performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch and close sales with US realtors by demonstrating the value of verified seller leads.
• Build strong rapport and long‑term trust with US‑based clients.
• Manage incoming qualified leads and convert them into closed business.
• Exceed daily and monthly sales targets to reach commission slabs.

Required profile

• Exceptional spoken English with a natural or neutral US accent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Closer in a BPO or international call‑center environment.
• US real‑estate experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Confident, self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable handling US clients by phone.
