Bank Branch Manager – Operations & Business Development

About the role

Sindh Bank Limited is seeking experienced banking professionals to lead branch operations, drive business growth and ensure compliance across multiple locations in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve targets in deposits, lending and trade finance.
• Lead customer acquisition for New‑to‑Bank and Existing‑to‑Bank segments, promoting current, savings and term deposit products.
• Manage credit portfolios, monitor NPAs and ensure timely recovery.
• Maintain full compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations, AML/CFT, KYC and internal policies.
• Control branch profitability by monitoring expenses, budgets and reporting to Head Office.
• Lead, train and motivate branch staff, overseeing attendance, discipline and succession planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of banking or financial institution experience with proven deposit mobilization and lending results.
• Graduate degree; MBA or M.Com preferred; age up to 50 years.
• Strong knowledge of SBP prudential regulations.
