Bilingual Analyst - Urdu Expert - AI Trainer

About the role

Mercor is seeking a native Urdu speaker with strong English writing abilities to help improve AI conversational models. As a Bilingual Analyst and AI Trainer, you will work remotely on a contract basis, providing high‑quality evaluation data that guides model refinement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fact‑checking using trusted public sources and external tools.
• Generate human evaluation data by pinpointing response strengths, weaknesses, and factual inaccuracies.
• Assess reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness of model outputs.
• Ensure responses align with conversational guidelines and system expectations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing model performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Native speaker of Urdu.
• Significant experience using large language models (LLMs).
• Excellent written English skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Background in structured analytical thinking.
