Bilingual Customer Care Specialist - Korean / English

About the role

Edge is looking for customer‑focused, multilingual professionals to handle inbound and outbound phone operations for US health‑care and insurance policyholders. You will primarily support English‑speaking customers while using your secondary language (Korean, Spanish, or other) when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Process policy servicing requests, resolve issues, and document interactions in CRM/agency management systems.
• Navigate multiple client systems simultaneously while engaging callers.
• Follow established client workflows, call‑handling procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Must reside in Islamabad, Lahore, or Rawalpindi with a reliable work‑from‑home setup.
• Fluent spoken and written English plus a secondary language (Korean, Spanish, etc.).
• Minimum 1–2 years of call‑center or customer‑service experience; US insurance experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work US business hours on staggered 24/5 shifts, including occasional weekends.
