BIM Manager

About the role

A BIM Manager is sought to lead digital delivery and project coordination. The role suits someone who has managed complex architectural models and driven Building Information Modeling strategies across high-end developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM standards and workflows across multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
• Oversee clash detection, model coordination and data integration for large-scale projects such as healthcare, hospitality and complex mixed-use developments.
• Manage and optimise Common Data Environments (CDE) so design, engineering and execution teams collaborate smoothly.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support for architectural drafting and design units.
• Train office and site staff.
• Prepare and administer BEP, AIR, MDIP and similar documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience on large-scale complex projects.
• Strong background in architectural design coordination, construction documentation and high-end finishing execution.
• Familiarity with advanced document management systems such as Oracle Aconex.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to streamline complex project interfaces under tight deadlines.
• Well versed in BIM and ISO standards.
