BPO Sales Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an energetic BPO Sales Training Specialist to lead the full learning and development cycle for our US‑focused outbound and inbound sales teams. You will onboard new agents, guide them through nesting and bootcamp phases, and deliver ongoing refresher sessions to keep seasoned staff performing at peak levels.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly classroom onboarding sessions covering US culture, compliance, script mastery, objection handling and product knowledge (mortgage, solar, insurance, telecom).
• Partner with QA and Operations to identify performance gaps and design targeted refresher modules for tenured agents.
• Introduce advanced sales techniques, pitch updates and compliance reminders to improve conversion rates and QA scores.
• Create and maintain training manuals, slide decks, role‑play scenarios and huddle topics using instructional design principles.
• Track trainee attendance, assessment results and post‑training performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or Performance Coach in an international BPO environment.
• Hands‑on knowledge of US sales campaigns in mortgage, final expense, solar, auto insurance or telecom.
• Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral or American accent.
• Strong group facilitation and coaching abilities.
