Branch Manager – Service Center

About the role

PakWheels is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead its Car Oil Change and Vehicle Inspection Service Center in Gujranwala. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and driving sales performance while managing a team of technicians and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the service centre, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of oils, filters, and consumables, monitoring usage and maintaining stock levels.
• Address customer queries, complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash and card transaction handling, and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Conduct regular training sessions covering technical knowledge and soft skills.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing staffing needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in automotive service operations, oil‑change facilities or multi‑service car‑care centres.
• Proven track record of leading service teams, achieving sales targets and managing customer‑facing operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive lubricants, filters, vehicle health checks and inspection procedures.
