Branch Sales & Service Executive

About the role

The Branch Sales & Service Executive will manage both sales and service operations for an assigned client portfolio. You will build strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure high‑quality service delivery while complying with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new priority‑qualified clients for the bank.
• Provide portfolio services such as dormancy removal and handling service requests.
• Identify client needs and cross‑sell appropriate products.
• Increase wealth‑management penetration by adding new wealth clients.
• Migrate clients to digital channels for routine banking transactions.
• Consume and convert assigned leads.
• Maintain client contact according to prescribed guidelines.
• Implement client‑journey interventions for priority segments.
