Brand Acquisition Lead – Lifestyle

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Brand Acquisition Lead to grow our Lifestyle (General Merchandise) portfolio across Pakistan. You will shape acquisition strategies, negotiate with brand owners, and ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, negotiate and onboard Lifestyle brands across Pakistan.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand the brand portfolio.
• Deliver data‑driven sales pitches and build strong relationships with brand owners and distributors.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process and manage post‑onboarding performance.
• Spot market gaps, emerging trends and create new categories based on customer demand.
• Curate assortments, analyze performance and recommend mix, pricing and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Prepare regular reports on acquisition performance, KPIs and account health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand acquisition, onboarding and business development.
• Hands‑on experience working with brands in Pakistan.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities to build compelling business cases.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
