Brand Engagement & Content Lead (Beauty & Wellbeing)

About the role

Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing division in Pakistan is looking for a dynamic Brand Engagement & Content Lead to drive demand generation and brand growth for its hair‑care portfolio. You will work closely with the Demands Creation Manager and cross‑functional teams to shape market strategy and deliver innovative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end demand generation and market development plans for the hair‑care brands.
• Lead the cross‑functional project team to launch new innovations and ensure successful market entry.
• Develop and execute a digital‑first media strategy to boost business growth, especially for the super‑premium toddler nutrition portfolio.
• Drive brand penetration, market share and business growth by managing the 6Ps of marketing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including CSP, BD, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, media agencies and medical marketing.
• Manage campaign execution, communications and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• 1‑2 years of core marketing experience, preferably in beauty, personal care or related categories.
• Experience managing external agencies.
• Proven track record of leveraging social‑first demand creation strategies to achieve measurable results.
