Bulldozer Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bulldozer Operator to join our team on a 3‑year contract for an Aramco‑related project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate heavy earth‑moving equipment on construction, infrastructure and industrial sites, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to perform clearing, rough grading, leveling, trench back‑filling, spreading and material pushing.
• Conduct pre‑start inspections, follow safe operating limits, and execute shutdown procedures.
• Wear required PPE, adhere to site safety rules and report incidents promptly.
• Assess terrain, slopes, ground conditions and visibility to maintain safe working clearances.
• Identify abnormal sounds, leaks or wear and notify maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and site crews, following instructions at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on bulldozer operating experience on construction, earthworks or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to handle heavy machinery confidently and safely.
• Strong knowledge of grading, leveling and material handling techniques.
• Understanding of equipment controls, safety procedures and inspection protocols.
• Ability to judge terrain and working clearances accurately.
• Heavy‑equipment operator certification is preferred.
