Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

About the role

Devsinc is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation projects. The role involves gathering requirements, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and meeting minutes.
• Manage and prioritize backlog items using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall activities such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Support project planning, requirement tracking, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate project communications, ensuring timely updates on risks, issues, and action items.
• Assist with UAT, test planning, defect clarification, and solution validation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, UAT, and software implementation processes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and coordinating project communications.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (preferred).
• Azure DevOps, Jira or similar project/task management tools.
• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams.
• Understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Microsoft Power Platform/Dataverse.
