Business Consultant – GSM Solutions

About the role

Jazz is seeking a Business Consultant focused on GSM solutions to advise corporate clients on improving performance using Jazz’s GSM, ICT, M2M and Quantica portfolio. The role builds long‑term relationships, drives upselling, retention and overall client satisfaction. It sits within the Enterprise Sales department and reports to the Regional Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients to understand their needs and propose tailored GSM, ICT, M2M and IoT solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for GSM products and services.
• Drive customer retention, recovery and expansion within the assigned portfolio.
• Conduct daily visits to B2B large accounts, promoting GSM solutions and ensuring revenue growth.
• Prioritise high‑value opportunities and secure new accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as B2B Executives, Pre‑Sales, Customer Engagement, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of emerging technologies such as digitalisation, big data, security, ad‑tech, IT hardware and IoT.
• Proven selling experience in the corporate sector, especially for internet/data, GSM‑based solutions, fixed connectivity and M2M/IoT products.
• Experience working with OEMs, system integrators and technology companies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably a mix of Engineering/IT and Business.
• Dynamic, assertive, persistent and motivated with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
