Business Development Associate

About the role

Idenfo, a fast‑growing RegTech company, is seeking a Business Development Associate to help expand its client base. You will work closely with the sales team to identify prospects, conduct outreach, qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across target markets and industries.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels.
• Engage prospects, qualify opportunities and match them with Idenfo’s solutions.
• Maintain accurate prospect and lead information in the CRM and move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Track outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked and other business development metrics.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation or inside sales.
• Experience with B2B outbound prospecting and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Pipedrive or similar CRM/sales tools.
• Experience using sales automation or sequencing tools.
