Dream Job By IQK is offering a part-time, on-site Business Development Commission-Based Internship in Lahore. The intern supports business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads and following them up through calls, messages and meetings. Performance is measured by lead quality, conversions and contribution to expanding the client base, with earnings based on commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads
• Follow up through calls, messages and meetings
• Conduct market research and maintain contact lists and records
• Assist in outreach campaigns promoting the company's services
• Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and provide basic customer service
• Help prepare presentations or proposals

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage prospects and build professional relationships
• Ability to identify potential clients, understand market trends and target relevant segments
• Analytical skills to assess lead quality and interpret basic data
• Interest in sales, business development or recruitment services, with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage part-time hours and meet commission-based targets
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory

• Basic proficiency in digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRM or contact management software and email platforms is beneficial
