Business Development Executive - International Sales (UK)

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading client in the online food delivery, BPO, IT or hospitality industry. The role is full-time and on-site in Clifton, Karachi, working between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will make outbound calls to restaurant owners and decision-makers in the UK to introduce the platform and secure new partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurant owners and decision-makers in the UK to introduce the platform and secure new partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, from initial outreach to successful sign-up.
• Build strong relationships, handle objections and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed weekly activity and monthly sign-up targets.
• Collaborate with UK-based management and take part in regular coaching and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation or business development.
• B2B sales experience preferred; experience in food delivery, hospitality, SaaS, BPO or IT is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident and professional telephone manner.
• Resilient, self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in Karachi and available to work on-site during the stated hours.

Required skills

• Negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Sales pipeline management and CRM record keeping.
