About the role
MicroAgility APAC is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in North America. You will connect with prospective clients, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how our digital transformation solutions can add value.
Key responsibilities
- Make bold cold calls and craft tailored emails to decision‑makers using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other platforms.
- Listen to client needs, build trust, and propose solutions that drive success.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Create engaging marketing content and enhance brand visibility on social media.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
- Track activities, report results, and share insights to support continuous growth.
Required profile
- 2+ years of full‑cycle business development experience, preferably in services‑as‑solution.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a talent for building rapport.
- Creative approach to email, LinkedIn and social‑media outreach.
- Proven record of cold‑calling, lead generation and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data‑management practices.
- Self‑motivated, able to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Confident in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow within a dynamic team.
