Pricing Merchandiser – Product & Promotion Specialist

About the role

The Pricing Merchandiser will support Zones' pricing and merchandising functions, ensuring that product information, pricing, and promotional assets are accurate and effective across all sales tools. This role combines detail‑oriented data management with the creation of marketing collateral to help drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product pricing, descriptions, images, keywords, and category codes in internal systems.
• Develop flyers, promotional materials, and SPIF/incentive communications for the sales team.
• Assist in posting and maintaining incentive information on the intranet.
• Maintain SharePoint pages for non‑PFHC brands and other sales resources.
• Support general system maintenance for product data, images, and content.
• Manage online upsell, cross‑sell, and attach product listings on Zones' website.
• Review and ensure accuracy of category reporting and keyword usage.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
