Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and target‑oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients for our Employer of Record, recruitment, staffing, manpower, outsourcing, and HR services. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach, arranging meetings, understanding client requirements, and supporting the conversion of prospects into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and schedule meetings to present EOR, recruitment, staffing and HR solutions.
• Research target companies and industries, build and maintain a database of qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM and other tools.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients, conduct regular follow‑ups to understand hiring needs and propose suitable services.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM, track activities, achieve monthly and quarterly lead‑generation targets and prepare reports on meetings and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Sales, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation or recruitment staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good English written and verbal proficiency.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales and experienced using MS Office and CRM systems.
