Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new revenue for Robo Call Pakistan by identifying and pursuing opportunities across target industries. Based in Karachi, this full‑time position focuses on building a robust sales pipeline and closing deals for the company’s CPaaS voice communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover new business prospects and generate qualified leads.
• Deliver client presentations, prepare proposals, and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts, coordinate with internal teams to align solutions, and track performance against sales targets.
• Update CRM regularly, produce sales reports, and collaborate with marketing on growth campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation, preferably in B2B, telecom, SaaS or CPaaS.
• Strong understanding of commercial fundamentals, market analysis and sales strategy execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present solutions clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
