About the role
SalesIMC Certifications is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, engage customers, and convert prospects into enrollments for its certification programs. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Karachi and offers a competitive market salary with performance incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads via calls, WhatsApp, social platforms, and other channels.
- Qualify prospects, present relevant certification programs, and guide them through enrollment.
- Conduct consistent follow‑ups, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow‑up records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Target‑oriented with confidence in follow‑ups and closing sales.
- Experience in EdTech or education sales is a plus.
