Business Development Executive

About the role

Netix Medical Billing, a revenue cycle management partner for healthcare providers across the United States, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Islamabad I-10/3. The role centres on identifying and pursuing new business, building a pipeline of qualified leads and engaging prospective clients through calls, emails and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Engage prospective clients through calls, emails and presentations, and conduct market research to understand client needs.
• Position Netix Medical Billing's services to address client needs, and support contract negotiation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Report regularly on sales activities, performance metrics and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in new business development and lead generation to build and grow a client portfolio.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical billing or related services.
• Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong business acumen for understanding healthcare revenue cycle services and client operations.
• Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentations.
