Business Development Executive

About the role

Digital Planz is a growth-focused digital agency offering web and mobile app development, branding and UI/UX design, digital marketing and growth strategy, and custom software solutions. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Lahore who will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline for the agency's digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients and prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams so that solutions match client needs.
• Manage and grow client accounts and maintain strong relationships through regular communication.
• Track performance against targets using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing and delivery teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in B2B services, digital agencies or technology solutions sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritise opportunities and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-directed approach.

Required skills

• New business development and lead generation, including prospecting, outreach and pipeline management.
• Account management and understanding of client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations and negotiations.
• Multichannel prospecting and cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
