Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Cargo Solution Services in the logistics and freight sector. You will work closely with sales, operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored freight solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights within air, sea and door‑to‑door logistics.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to record activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients through professional communication.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to improve the customer experience.
• Negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals while protecting company interests.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result‑oriented with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 65,000.
• Commission of 30 % on sales above target.
• Petrol and conveyance allowance included in the salary package.
